<p><!-- short sentence start -->誰もが気軽に楽しめる本格的オープンスポーツカーを目指し、開発されたコペンが登場。エンジンは660の直4DOHCのみで、スポーツカーらしい走行性能をかなえるべく、専用チューニングが施されている。トランスミッションは、マニュアル感覚のシフトチェンジが行えるマニュアルモード付き4ATと、ショートストロークでクイックな操作が楽しめる5MTの2種類。<!-- short sentence end -->
グレードは、電動開閉式ルーフのアクティブトップと、取り外し可能な樹脂製ルーフをもつディタッチャブルトップが設定されていた。また、スペシャルチューンドサスペンションといった装備を採用し、よりスポーティな走行が楽しめるスポーツパックも用意。こちらはアクティブトップにオプション、ディタッチャブルトップに標準装備となっていた。</p>
