今年の2月にフルモデルチェンジを行ったクラウンアスリート。モデルチェンジ直後は横這いで推移し、値落ち傾向に転じたのは新車のユーザーの元にデリバリーされ始めた5月。それ以降は順調な値落ちカーブを描いている。流通台数も現在では1月の約2.5倍にまでなっており、予算に合わせてグレードや装備なども選べる嬉しい状況だ。まだ後期型は高値安定傾向のため、狙うのならば流通量の多い2004～H17年式。今ならば期待以上の物件に出会えるかも。<br />

横這いで推移していた2月にフルモデルチェンジを行ったアテンザ。需要期とメーカーの在庫車が出回った3月は一時的に相場は上昇したものの、その後は順調な値落ち。値落ち率も23.8％とかなり大幅なダウンとなり、中古車の物件は200万円以下が主流となっている。今後も流通台数はそれほど増えることもないと思うので、今が買いのタイミングといえる。<br />

低燃費がウリの軽自動車の中で、27㎞/Lというトップクラスの燃費性能をもつ。上げ下げを繰り返しながら、5月には底値を形成したのだが、ガソリン価格の高騰に伴い、値上がりへと動きが一転した。現在はその勢いは収まり、再び値落ち傾向となったものの、1月の相場と比べるとわずかながら1.7％のアップという結果に。値落ち基調の今が狙い時だ。

昨年の12月にフルモデルチェンジを行い、中古車が流通し始めたのは実質今年に入ってから。ほかの軽自動車に比べると動きがないように見えるが、これは価格帯自体が高いためで、1月と比べると平均価格で9.2％もダウンしている。流通台数も1月はわずか29台だったが、すでに400台を超えるまで増加しており、その大半はおろしたて中古車となっている。<br />

<p>第5位はホンダシビックタイプR(旧型)。コンパクトカーであるシビックをベースに、ホットハッチに仕上げています。現行モデルはデビューから時間があまりたっていないこともあって高値安定していますが、旧型は割安感があります。レカロ製シート、モモ製ステアリング、そしてインパネから生えたアルミ製シフトノブが気分を盛り上げてくれます。ずんぐりむっくりしたカタチとは裏腹に、キビキビしたレスポンスが特徴です。“そんなに速いんだ"と周囲が驚くことでしょう。</p>
<p>第4位はVWルポGTI(絶版)。全長3525mmしかない、本当に小さな車です。しかし大人4名乗車も至難の業ではありません。出だしはトルクの細さを感じますが、0→100km/h加速は8秒ちょっとで遅くありません。驚かされるのは素晴らしい高速安定性です。全長が短くホイールベースも2320mmしかないのに、ビシッと走ってくれます。キュートなルックスですが、妥協点の少ない実力派なんです。中古車の台数も減りつつあるので、早めに購入しておくべき車かも。</p>
<p>第3位はM・ベンツAクラス(現行)。コストパフォーマンスでオススメします。キュートなルックスに、M・ベンツというブランド。簡単に差別化を図れるコンパクトカーです。100万円台で狙えるので、国産コンパクトカーと値段において差は少ないでしょう。旧型に比べて質感がグッと高まり、“さすが”と思わせてくれる仕上がりです。視界が広いので、コンパクトカーに乗っていることを忘れさせてくれます。高速安定性も優れていて、燃費も良く、満足度が高い選択でしょう。</p>
<p>第2位はアルファロメオアルファ147(現行)。速さで差をつけるならGTAがオススメですが、フツーのアルファ147でも差はつけられます。フラッグシップであるアルファ166と似たようなエグれた感じのドアパネル、ウルトラマンの目のようなブレーキランプ、誰が見てもセクシーに感じるインテリア、など枚挙に暇がありません。コンパクトカーなのに小回りが利かないという不満点もありますが、慣れてしまえば問題ありません。予算に応じて前期型か後期型を選べばハッピー。</p>
<p>第1位はホンダエディックス(現行)。コンパクトカーで3列シートを前後に備えた6人乗りです。このレイアウトのコンセプト自体はフィアットムルティプラと同じですが、エディックスは磨きがかかっています。真ん中シートをちょっと後方にズラすことで、より快適に3人が1列に座れるように工夫されているのです。低床コンセプトはホンダのDNAとなりつつあり、走りには軽快感と低重心がみなぎっています。しかも街中であまり見かけないので、珍しい存在でもあります。<br>
