先月、フルモデルチェンジを行ったばかりのワゴンR。底値近かった1月の相場と比べると、驚くことに2.1％アップという結果に。モデルチェンジしたら下がるはずではと思うものだが、流通台数を見てみると現在は3000台を超えており1月の約3倍。しかもその半数が2008年式のおろしたて中古車ということが相場が上昇した大きな理由といえる。新型のおろしたて物件も魅力だが、車検期間も長く、割安な旧型のおろしたて中古車は今が旬だ。<br />

昨年末までは高値をキープしていたが、年明けにグンと値落ちし、その後はほぼ横這いで推移している。流通台数は現在は1月の3倍以上にまで増加しているものの、なかなか値落ちに結びついてこない。この大きな理由が9月の決算期に中古車市場に流入してきたおろしたて中古車だ。ワゴンRと違ってこちらは現行型。こだわる人にはぜひオススメだ。<br />

つい先日フルモデルチェンジしたばかりのライフ。最低価格は30万円を割るなど割安感が目立っている。ゴールデンウイークまでは高値をキープしていたが、モデルチェンジが近づくにつれて、値落ちに拍車がかかってきた。とはいえ、値落ち率はわずか2.4％。実質的には横這い。しかしFMCをきっかけに大きく下がるのは確実。モデルチェンジ直後の今は、買いだ！<br />

低燃費がウリの軽自動車の中で、27㎞/Lというトップクラスの燃費性能をもつ。上げ下げを繰り返しながら、5月には底値を形成したのだが、ガソリン価格の高騰に伴い、値上がりへと動きが一転した。現在はその勢いは収まり、再び値落ち傾向となったものの、1月の相場と比べるとわずかながら1.7％のアップという結果に。値落ち基調の今が狙い時だ。

ほとんどの物件が100万円以下で購入できるアルト。1月と比べて中古車の流通台数は3倍も増え、値落ち率も4.7%ダウンしている。流通台数が多い割に上げ下げ振れ幅が大きいのが特徴で、今値上がり基調となっているのは、9月の決算期に登場したおろしたて中古車の影響が大きいため。この流れは長くは続かず、値落ちとなるはずなので、買いのタイミングだ。<br />

先月、フルモデルチェンジを行ったばかりのワゴンR。底値近かった1月の相場と比べると、驚くことに2.1％アップという結果に。モデルチェンジしたら下がるはずではと思うものだが、流通台数を見てみると現在は3000台を超えており1月の約3倍。しかもその半数が2008年式のおろしたて中古車ということが相場が上昇した大きな理由といえる。新型のおろしたて物件も魅力だが、車検期間も長く、割安な旧型のおろしたて中古車は今が旬だ。<br />

今年の2月にフルモデルチェンジを行ったクラウンアスリート。モデルチェンジ直後は横這いで推移し、値落ち傾向に転じたのは新車のユーザーの元にデリバリーされ始めた5月。それ以降は順調な値落ちカーブを描いている。流通台数も現在では1月の約2.5倍にまでなっており、予算に合わせてグレードや装備なども選べる嬉しい状況だ。まだ後期型は高値安定傾向のため、狙うのならば流通量の多い2004～H17年式。今ならば期待以上の物件に出会えるかも。<br />
