アルファロメオを車好き以外にも広めたモデルと言えば、いくつかあるでしょうが、なかでも手頃なサイズと値段設定で人気のハッチバック・アルファ147と、クーペのように美しいボディをもっていた4ドアセダン・アルファ156は外せないでしょう。当然、中古車も多く選びやすいのですが、他人と違う車に乗りたい！という人にとっては、痛し痒しの状況です。<br /><br />
そんな人に今回オススメしたいのが、アルファ147と156および156スポーツワゴンに設定された特別仕様車リネア ロッサ（Linea Rossa）。リネア ロッサとは「赤いライン」を意味するイタリア語です。2004年6月28日に発表され、同年7月10日より販売されました。<br />

その言葉通り、まずはボディサイドに引かれた赤いキャラクターラインが印象的です。この赤いラインを際立たせるために、ボディカラーが限定されています。147はルクソア ブラック、156と156スポーツワゴンはキャラミ ブラックと、いずれも黒いボディカラーのみとなります。<br />
赤いラインは、シフトノブにも及びます。147は5MTとセレスピードが選べましたが、どちらのシフトノブにも“リネア ロッサ”の入ったオリジナルのシフトノブが。また156もやはり5MT、セレスピード、4ATのすべてが“リネア ロッサ”入りのオリジナルシフトノブ。<br /><br />
そのほか17インチ専用アルミホイール、ヘッドライトウォッシャー、ショートアンテナ、レッドレザーインテリア（156と156スポーツワゴンはドアパネルも含む）、専用パーキングブレーキハンドル、レッドレザーキーホルダー、オーナメント付き専用フロアマット、ヒーテッドシート等、リネア ロッサ専用の装備がふんだんに備わっています。これなら見ても乗ってもオーナーの満足感を満たすのではないでしょうか。

さらに156と156スポーツワゴンは、専用設計されたBOSEサウンドシステムを搭載した「BOSEバージョン」と、カーナビを搭載した「NAVIバージョン」の２つから選ぶことができました（ナビバージョンの場合は後で述べる価格の、19万9500円高という設定です）。BOSEバージョンはCDチェンジャーやオーディオコントローラー付きレザーステアリング、サブウーファーなどが備わります。
逆に156で標準装備されていたレインセンサー、オドセンサー、ミストセンサーがなぜか省かれていますが、まぁこれだけの専用装備が施されているのですから、それくらいは目をつぶりましょう。<br />
