ルーフを低くして、筑波で1分フラットをマーク！

チョップドとあるように、サーキットでの速さを追求するため、ルーフを100mm低めたインプレッサSTI。しかしなぜ4ドア…実は元は旧型（GDB）インプ。これをGRB風に仕立てたのだ。

見た目のインパクトだけでなく空気抵抗も低減され、実際2009年12月のイベントで社長自らが運転し、筑波サーキットを1分フラットで走ったとか。エアロパーツだけでなくエンジンやミッションに長年コツコツと微に入り細に入り手が加えられてきた一台。こういう育て方はぜひ見習いたい。
